I’m a registered nurse, educator, and board-certified nurse health coach. I work one-on-one with adults to improve metabolic health, including prediabetes, insulin resistance, and A1c.

I focus on turning health knowledge into habit formation using evidence-based strategies across nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily routines.

In addition to personalized meetings, I offer workshops, practical tools—like guided workbooks, and collaborate with clinicians to help bridge the gap between medical guidance and everyday life.
